LA has more than 20 years of leadership experience in the People function focused on People Strategy, Talent Management, Total Rewards, Employee and Labor Relations, Learning and Development and Employee Engagement. She has developed and implemented various global, regional and local Human Resource programs and initiatives with a multicultural exposure in Asia, EMEA and US, both in established and start-up companies. She has worked in the Netherlands in a global role for an engineering consultancy.

She has led the People function across various industries such as telecommunications, pharmaceutical, BPO, FMCG, Shared Services, ecommerce, power, financial services and engineering consultancy and design.

LA is International Coach Federation (ICF)-trained Coach, Thiagi-certified Trainer and Facilitator, and a strong advocate of Filipino talent. She has a Masters Degree in Business Administration (AGSB), Diploma in Organizational Development (DLSU-SPACE) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Management (ADMU)
