Joanne is a registered psychologist and professional teacher, boasting extensive expertise in life coaching, program development, and training across various developmental stages. Her versatile skill set encompasses e-Learning, content development, people management, leadership, and change management, contributing significantly to the fields of mental health, wellbeing, and human resources. Throughout her career, Joanne has skillfully designed custom modules and conducted impactful workshops and seminars.

As a Global Senior Wellbeing Manager at Concentrix, she continuously drives excellence in the industry. Joanne’s commitment to expanding her knowledge is exemplified by her pursuit of a Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology, showcasing her unwavering dedication to advancing individuals and organizations. At present, she also serves as the Executive Secretary of the Psychological Association of the Philippines. Beyond her professional endeavors, Joanne finds immense joy as the devoted mother of Indigo and Purple.
