Aileene heads L&OD in Ayala, where she oversees the company’s strategy for building leadership capability and strengthening culture. Her work involves creating programs that grow leadership and future-ready skills, nurture meaningful relationships, and spark synergies across the conglomerate. Aileene has over 20 years’ experience in learning and organization development, and holds a PhD in Leadership Studies.
