Complimentary delegate passes are non-transferable unless expressly approved in writing by Grace & Power.
4. Forum Composition & Curated Participation
Grace & Power intentionally curates the composition of its events to maintain a balanced and high-quality executive environment.
In selecting participants, the Organizer may consider factors such as professional role, industry representation, organizational seniority, and the relevance of perspectives to the Dialogue.
Grace & Power reserves the right to adjust participation, decline registrations, or rebalance the delegate mix in order to preserve the quality and integrity of the forum.
5. Registration & Confirmation
Event registration is considered confirmed only upon receipt of written or electronic confirmation from Grace & Power.
Grace & Power reserves the right to modify delegate participation where necessary to preserve the professional integrity and relevance of the Dialogue.
6. Executive Dialogue Principles & Professional Conduct
Grace & Power events are designed as high-trust executive forums intended to encourage open and constructive exchange among participants.
Delegates are expected to:
- engage respectfully and professionally
• contribute constructively to discussions

Grace & Power reserves the right to remove participants whose conduct is disruptive or inconsistent with the professional nature of the event.
7. Confidentiality & Responsible Participation
Participants are expected to respect the confidential nature of executive discussions.
Insights, perspectives, or experiences shared during roundtable discussions should not be publicly attributed to specific participants without their permission.
Delegates are also requested to exercise discretion regarding internal event arrangements, participation structures, or delegate ticket status unless publicly communicated by Grace & Power.
8. Business Intelligence & Curated Engagement
Grace & Power may use participant information and professional signals collected during registration to support:
- curated executive discussions
• roundtable design and moderation
• executive introductions and networking opportunities
• relevant engagement associated with the Dialogue
Limited professional information (such as name, company, title, and professional email) may be shared with event partners or sponsors to support curated discussions and executive engagement during the event.
Such use and sharing of information will be conducted in accordance with the Grace & Power Privacy Policy.
9. Event Photography, Video & Media
Grace & Power events may include limited photography, audio, or video capture for documentation and editorial purposes.
In keeping with the closed-door nature of executive dialogues, recordings will be conducted in a selective and respectful manner and may include:
- general event atmosphere

Any identifiable participant content or excerpts from discussions will only be used or published with appropriate discretion and prior authorization.
Recording, streaming, or broadcasting event discussions by delegates is not permitted unless expressly authorized by Grace & Power.
10. No Unsolicited Selling or Recruitment
Grace & Power events are designed to facilitate peer dialogue and meaningful professional exchange.
Participants are expected to refrain from unsolicited sales pitches, aggressive promotion, or recruitment activities during discussions.
Business conversations may occur naturally through networking, but participants should ensure that engagement remains respectful and appropriate to the context of the Dialogue.
11. Responsible Use of Delegate Information
Event partners and sponsors who receive limited delegate information for the purpose of curated engagement must use such information responsibly and solely in connection with the event.
Delegate information may not be:
- sold or redistributed to third parties

- used for unrelated promotional campaigns
Grace & Power reserves the right to restrict or revoke future participation of partners or organizations that misuse delegate information.

They may not be exchanged, transferred, refunded, or converted into credit toward other Grace & Power programs or services.
13. Event Program Changes
Grace & Power reserves the right to modify the event program, speakers, schedule, format, or venue where necessary.
In the event of cancellation or postponement, Grace & Power will make reasonable efforts to notify participants but shall not be responsible for travel or accommodation expenses incurred by delegates.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grace & Power shall not be liable for:
- personal injury
• loss or damage to personal property
• indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in an event or use of the website

16. Event Format & Methodology
Grace & Power events incorporate proprietary formats, methodologies, and program designs developed by the Organizer, including curated executive dialogues, roundtable structures, and business intelligence-supported engagement models.
Participants may not reproduce, commercialize, or replicate the event format, methodologies, or structured discussion frameworks for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Grace & Power.
